Yes she does! She looks amazing!! :D

And on the costume...

At first I had ordered it and when it got to me it was totally the wrong size T^T

So my mom and I had to re work it and re-use some parts of it and ~POOF~ Sailor Chibi Moon came to life xD So I did make it somewhat along with my mamma's help of course b/c back then I could not sew worth crap lol!!
